Real code,
from age 8.

Your child writes real instructions. Robert carries them out to the letter. When he bumps into something, you fix it together: that's how you learn to program.

Hi, I'm Robert! I'm lost in space. Will you help me?
A level of the game and its program

It all started in a workshop.

Robert is an inventor. One night, a tiny mistake in his code opens up a really big hole…

One night, in his workshop…

Oh, hi! My name is Robert. I love building and programming machines.

Here's my latest invention: the Exploroid. Just one more line of code and I'll be able to launch it…

Oops. A little mistake… and a really big hole that's sucking up eeeeverything!

Somewhere in space…

Ouch… my skills are slipping away. And so are the gears of my Exploroid!

I can still walk, turn, and pick things up. But I can no longer make decisions on my own.

You, on the other hand, do know. Tell me what to do, and I'll do it exactly as you say.

Help me get home by regaining my skills and finding the gears of my Exploroid.

What happens next? Your child writes it…

How it works.

Four steps, always the same. That's how you learn to program.

Your child types real instructions: move, turn right, pick. Then GO, and Robert carries them out to the letter, line by line.

Robert bumps into something, and he says what happened. Mistakes are never punished: you reread your program, change a line, and run it again.

A level really won't budge? Robert shows the path, as a hologram. The code is still left to write: your child is the one who finds it.

The level is complete, and the stars say why: reached the end, a short program, the shortest possible. It makes you want to do even better.

The word to type appears faintly
The first level on a tablet: the word “move” appears faintly and Robert explains what to type

On tablets too.

The first level takes your child by the hand: Robert shows what to type, letter by letter, then lets them write on their own.

On phones (Android app or browser), tablets or computers.

The first level is waiting for you.

  • No ads. No ads, no purchases, no data about your child.
  • Everything stays on the phone. The game goes nowhere; you can save it to a file.

What families say.

Translated from French.

“In class, every year I see students get stuck when it's time to move from blocks to written code. My son was one of them: typing an instruction scared him. With Cosmobert, he wrote his first lines without even realizing it. Robert shows him exactly what each instruction does, and a mistake becomes a game rather than a failure. Today, he asks to play every evening.”
Jamila, primary school teacher and mom
“When Robert bumps into a wall, it makes me laugh so much. Then I look for the line that's wrong, and off he goes again!”
Oussama, age 8
“I got all three stars on the whole first planet. Now I want the Lion costume for Robert.”
Nada, age 10

Robert is counting on you.

The first level takes just a few minutes. The rest of the story is in the game.
